a lovely hat but not what advertised

I haven’t worn my hat yet; I purchased it for my next trip to the seashore. The hat is beautiful; it fits nicely on my head. I love its look. My concern? I purchased the hat because it was described as made from raffia—a natural fiber. The hat I received has a label stating 100% paper. I am definitely disappointed and uncertain how the hat will handle saltwater.
