I'm a lifelong guitarist putting together an upscale home studio & 1,500 sf music. venue. As a total newcomer, all I knew is I needed the most recording flexibility combined with a durable backline house kit with a "legit" (aka acoustic) stage vibe. Scott & Erik were great to work with making recommendations that fit both my needs and my budget, combining the deep recording flexibility and stellar sounds of the Roland TD-27KV2 with the Hawk Flight Series shells, retrofitted with latest triggers. While it's still early to comment on durability, the inital build quality, appearance, and overall sturdiness, signal routing flexibility, and above all, the sound are outstanding! I had a great experience with e-Drumcenter and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. In fact, I'm ordering cymbal & snare stands from them today!

This is a quality kit, and I'm having a blast playing again, but this review is mostly regarding e-Drumcenter. They provided a really great price, great information, great shipping speed, and excellent communication. One of the parts was damaged in shipping, and was immediately replaced.
