The guys happened to be shorthanded during the week I called in my order but it didn’t stop them from being kind and professional. I’m in manufacturing myself so I know how tough it is to be shorthanded while trying to please customers. Eric called me back and we were able to make this happen in short time. Thank you guys for making it it work under those circumstances. When under pressure from one issue and not having it leak into customer service is pure patience.
