I wanted to share my review and address those who are currently waiting on or complaining about customer service issues. I recommend giving The Ridge customer service about twice the time they ask for. While they suggest 7–10 business days, I found it more realistic to expect a response closer to 14 business days, especially regarding the Never Lost, Forever Fit claims. After wearing my Ridge ring for a year, I reached a point where I needed to downsize. My ring also showed some visible wear and tear, so I decided to file a claim. Once I was in contact with them, the exchange was very straightforward. I was able to exchange my ring for a different size and style of the same value. It took about 14 business days of waiting, but I got exactly what I wanted. If you are patient with the support timeline, the warranty is excellent and they truly stand by their products!

Bought four rings to try, will keep the two i liked and hopefully will be able to return other 2 with no problems as advertised.
