I first stumbled upon this pepper at the Worcester Public Market probably a couple years ago now. They stopped selling it, so I have to buy it online now...which is probably just as well, because now I can buy a large bag at a time. It's made me a pepper snob. I won't buy anything else. I even gift it, I'm that obsessed.

Originally purchased to enhance/intensify smoked & bbq flavors. Now, it's in every salt shaker in the house & is used in the majority of my families meals. My family actually thinks things taste funny when using regular salts. Purchase some, you won't be disappointed!
