I had a question regarding placing an online order and was given a call back over the weekend. The gentleman walked me through the process, gave me additional information about the product and even offered me a coupon code that was valid at the time. I will be a return customer. Great gift AND service

Gift was well appreciated and very high quality. Called customer service because an errant keystroke on the mobile site had it going to the wrong address (only negative is that there should be a review order section before the order is placed), and they answered right away, even in the evening, and made the corrections without issue. Would definitely use again.
