Well i live in New Orlean and the seasoning mix are very good as well and cathys has very good mix but competition is very good here as well ,I have been cooking since I was 12 years old and now I am 73 years old so I know my way around different types of food, different seasoning different mixes different cultures. I would never put another great cook down as well so I wish her the best in her culinary career I would buy it again very good mix
