It’s okay but like others said it moves a lot if you hit hard

Works great in a free standing heavy bag. Gives a much firmer strike area. Moves around a bit…..but not bad. Like it a lot!

Review of Strike Foe

I replaced the plastic buckle with a steel carabiner and it works great. Maybe Title can replace the plastic buckle with a steel one.
