Immediate Improvement
As expected, I feel everything in the hand with these gloves. These have been perfect for training knuckle seating. I didn't realize (had no real way of knowing or feeling) how sloppy my alignment was using regular bag gloves. If you have only been training with regular bag gloves (like I had been) I really recommend these, it changed my fundamentals and corrected bad habits fast, bad habits that I would have carried forward indefinitely.

Good gloves EXCEPT
The glue on the inside seams are sharp and scratches my hands bad every time I put these on and take them off. I’m not one to write reviews at all but it’s a bad issue. I have to be very careful when putting these on or taking them off. I probably got a bad batch. Besides that issue they’re good

RB5 Bag Mitts
I love these bag mitts they are comfortable and lightweight. I’m already seeing conditioning effects after only about a month of using these. And it really does focus on accuracy and form. GET THESE!!!
