To say the outer tire is not competitively priced is an understatement. The only thing worse is the inner tube pricing: $69 for one when you can get two for $15 anywhere else). When will INMOTION start to offer a solid tire?
The only saving grace is the two-part wheel - other tire/inner tube changes would be near impossible without specialized tools or repair shops.
If you’re going to have a scooter that can accommodate heavier riders (which is amazing by the way) then you should realize solid tires need to be an option as well.
