The mycelium in your kits was showing an increase within 2 days of being opened up and the mushrooms fruited quickly and very well. We've had our first feed from the blue oysters and the lion's mane will have to be eaten tonight, and the rest processed (drying and freezing) for special treats later on. A big thumbs up! We'll be sure to tell our friends about how well they did.
