I would like to update my original review to acknowledge the exceptional customer service at Green Llama. While my initial experience was substandard, a representative from the company did reach out to me with the intention of rectifying the issue. The fact that this company cares enough about their customers and believes in their product enough to reach out speaks volumes. I will consider continuing to order from them in the future.

Honestly really good!

I think the first thing that surprised me was how nice all the cleaners smelled. I've gotten very used to wearing a mask whenever I clean, so being able to actually enjoy the process is really nice. I haven't actually tried the dish bar yet -- I figure I should run out what's left of my old hand detergent first. The dishwasher tablets work well, though! I'm tempted to smash them up so I can dose a little more precisely (I wish the kit came with the powder and not the tabs, alas.) The brush is a brush! The laundry detergent is really nice! I still keep one of those stain-sticks on the side for actual stain emergencies, but for day to day soil the detergent does incredibly. Clothes still smell fresh after cleaning, just not scented. The alpaca balls also work waaaaay better than I thought they would, as well. Ultimately, I sort of wish I could string up my clothes to dry, but the balls actually shave a bit of dryer time off which is great for saving energy.

I have been working to transition everything in our home over to chemical free. I went looking for laundry soap this time, and decided to order the whole kit. Boy am I glad I did!
