I cannot write a review of the cart because it is a Birthday gift which is in 2 months. But what I can comment on is the Customer Service team and their professionalism and quick responses. If the cart is anything like the customer service my husband is going to be very happy.

Fantastic Electric Cart

I’ve had this card for about seven months and have used it for about 140 rounds!! This is a great cart! It is very sturdy as I have a very heavy bag, and it just eats up hills with no problems. It also simply does not tip over on side hills or the edges of tee boxes. It folds up very easily and is NO heavier than advertised. I charge the battery and remote every night and have had no issues. I also allow the remote to navigate the cart at least 150 yards away from me and I can stop or turn the cart with no problem. I’m not sure how far away I could run before it gets out of contact. I have accidentally run the cart into holes/ditches/etc. and the cart just bounces and keeps right on going. One thing I have not conquered; the remote is touch sensitive, so simply touching an arrow will have an effect; firmer touch will cause the cart to react MORE; I’m learning and it is NOT the carts fault; it is just an operator’s skill that’s important. I laugh that the cart needs a steering wheel for me. You won’t go wrong with this cart, I believe. Keep in mind I haven’t had it that long, and if it doesn’t last at least as long as the warranty or longer, I will be disappointed. I do take care of it and don’t wash it, etc. as the directions advise against, and I’ll lubricate again as directed. Currently have done nothing that way. It looks like the pricing currently advertised is a bargain

The cart works great. It takes a little time to get used to the remote but after a few rounds I’ve become proficient with it. I’m bery happy with it.
