Excellent battery - not a mini xlr plug

This is a great battery. I was able to fit it in my Rad Runner Plus by clearancing the fender. I also had to drill additional holes in the provided battery cradle to accommodate the 3 bolt 109mm spacing, as on the rad runner stock cradle. I paired this battery with a 35 A Area 13 controller and a direct drive motor. There is a notable top speed increase (52V instead of 48V) and the range and efficiency is better (1. 3 kWh vs stock 0. 67 kWh. However- the charge port is not a mini XLR as stated in the product listings. It is a reention mini 3 pin, a proprietary plug. Other than that I had no issues.

As someone living in El Salvador, finding a reliable online bike shop with certified batteries was a top priority for me, this battery has been working in perfect condition since day one, after one week of traveling. I requested a change of connectors in the order notes, and they executed it flawlessly, the battery and charger arrived ready to use, with everything done to the highest standard, im extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely shop with them again in the future!
