The customer service was excellent. I ordered the wrong size and I called to check to see if the correct size was still available. The person I spoke to checked and confirmed that it was still available. He pulled it to the side for me and told me it would be mailed out as soon as they received confirmation the incorrect one was mailed. The return process was so easy. I was sent a return label within minutes. I mailed my items back on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and received my new items by the following Monday. It was so easy! I love the set. It is so comfortable and I got so many compliments when I wore it! Thank you!

Beautiful Color - Look like a million dollars

i am 5'4" and 115 lbs - Med Pant (Fit a little loose but not too loose) and a Med Top (it was bulky and felt like a warm hug). I originally got a Size Small pant but exchanged for the Med bc the waist was just too tight. Now to the COLOR...it is a BEAUTIFUL Grey-hints of purple - so it is not a boring flat grey color. I am from South Louisiana so the dolor description of "Oyster" is a site i am used to seeing. That is a great way to describe this color. I recommend this to anyone who wnats to be cozy and also look sharp
