Really beautiful slim pen. Beautifully decorated.

Quality control?

The pen arrived in a timely manner. It looks very nice. However, the cap refuses to come off. Therefore, I must return it. Customer service (Mari) has been excellent. However, I don't understand how this pen was shipped to me in the first place.
