Had problems with unit behaving incorrectly, turning off at random, from button non functional and many other issues so I contacted tech support and after trying the thinks they suggestedI was sent the replacement parts at no cost since unit was in warranty and after installing the parts normal operation was returned. Fantastic tech support team and being someone who worked for years in tech support was very pleased with the knowledge and courtesy of their tech support.

Easy parts replacement to extend product life

My Loo stopped working after 3 years, but the customer support team at Casa Leo helped me pinpoint which part needed to be replaced to get it up and running again. It was really easy to replace the electronic component using the video instructions and my Loo is working like new again.
