Good delivery, poor returns policy

Delivery was great and products arrived in good condition. We did have 2 entirely unused packs though, after using the online calculator to decide how much to order. This has wasted over £80 and the returns policy is not favourable, taking £50 as a restock fee on top of return shipping costs! Will try to sell the extras instead but it's disappointing to say the least.
