So good

Loved these scents. I’m typically sensitive to vanilla fragrances, so I was worried to use dessert light. I found the vanilla not too overpowering. Each scent was so warm and inviting. Making it perfect to use during the winter. Although, I’d use these scents all year around. I’m so impressed by all the essential oil blends Canopy has. It’s my newest obsession.

Weird customer service interaction

I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. Totally my fault, however, I reached out and asked about returning these so I could order the correct size. Customer service emailed back and said to keep them and they would send the correct filter size. Which would have been great, but I never received it. I’ve tried contacting them again and I’ve heard nothing back. Just weird that they would offer that and not follow through. I love canopy and believe in their product, just confused on some customer service practices.
