Better Brain Mag Capsules

I'm an MTHFR person who needs to supplement magnesium for my methylation cycle to work better. I've found Better Brain Mag to be the best magnesium supplement I've tried so far. I can tell the difference in better clarity of thinking for sure. I'm better able to recall names than I had been. I especially like that it's easier on my gut than most mag supplements. I will continue to use.
