Disappointing change from the Kayano 30 that i had 4 pairs of. These are supposedly more cushioned but these caused heel pain. My foot even fell asleep at one point, which has never happened to me on a run before. I gave them 3 test runs and still no good. My daughter also got a pair and they hurt her feet and ankles too.
