Wool Twin Sized Blanket - White Mountain Woolen

Amazing Blankets!

I bought two twin blankets, one red and one blue. These are amazing blankets! I was shocked at how heavy they were! They are super warm and not at all scratchy. In response to another review, neither of mine had any discernible chemical odor. Just smell like a nice wool sweater.

Great blanket! Twin size in Charcoal

Great blanket! I got the twin in Charcoal and I love it. Nice and substantial and appears like it will be warm. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because I have not washed/cleaned it yet. So far so good for a wool blanket. Love it. I would recommend and I will probably use Minus33 Merino Wool for resourcing my wool items for sure.

Warm but smelly

For the price, this is an amazingly thick, warm blanket. It is really great. However, both the blankets I bought smelled really bad - kerosene-like (which from what I can tell from researching online is related to lanolin and not actually kerosene) - and have required a lot of washing and airing out over a few weeks to minimize the smell.
