Tube - Rainbow

A little misleading

I was expecting to find instructions inside to make a rainbow. The other tubes I’ve purchased (the Mermaid, Pirate, etc) have instructions to make the thing stated on the tube. This has Rainbow Colors but, apparently, it’s not for making an actual rainbow. I bought this specifically for my granddaughter whose preschool class is The Rainbow Class. When something is labeled “Rainbow” I think there’s an expectation that I’ll find excellent Plus Plus instructions inside with all the perfect pieces to build a rainbow. I know there’s a larger set that I can purchase to make a rainbow—just call the smaller tube something else. When I spoke to customer service to give some feedback I have to say it was a little disappointing. At first, I thought the instructions had been left out of the tube. Nope. She just said that I could go to the website and find other uses for the rainbow tube, not acknowledging that the word Rainbow with a picture of a Rainbow might lead a customer to believe that they were going to be building a rainbow. Listen, I’m a huge fan of Plus Plus and I’ve purchased plenty of products. I realize that there is a larger Rainbow set and maybe I’ll end up buying it. Or maybe I’ll get a surprise in the mail from Plus Plus with that set because they’re such an awesome company and I’m a loyal customer!
