I have ordered from Milton's Daughter 2 times now. I made a mistake on my order the first time and Lori noticed my mistake and called me on a Sunday to ask me if my order was correct. She fixed it right then over the phone. The second order was sent immediately but seemed stuck in transit around Christmas. I waited a bit and called Lori and she again checked it out. The order was insured and within a couple of hours she found it and sent out a replacement. I received it 2 days later. It is not often these days where you get such personal service. Lori is so friendly and knowledgeable and I look forward to ordering from her again soon.
