I was rolling the dice with ordering a Large ... and it fits perfect!

XS - PERFECT FIT IN WIDTH / LONG IN LENGTH

Material is comfortable. I am 4'10", 100lbs, 34D and it fit perfectly except it is too long. Length is hard for me so I have them altered. LOVE this shirt!

The Obsessed Diamond Polo shirt for ladies, that I had ordered which was an XL fits like a small! I was so disappointed once I tried it on, there was no room to raise my arms up comfortably but I had to wear it because it was an event and I had no other century 21 gear to wear to my first event as an agent. I am not sure if I will order from them again.
