I thought I knew how good headphones sounded

I thought I knew what good headphones sounded like. I’ve tried many over the years and thought a few of them were pretty good. But, none of them ever measured up to my first pair. My Mom got me a pair of ancient Audio Technica studio cans at a yard sale from a retired sound engineer in 1982. I was 12 and they were old even then. They were goofy looking as hell, but my god, they rocked. You could hear every nuance of any song I played. They started my lifelong passion for music. I used them until they literally fell apart and every other set of phones I tried after fell just a bit short. None were able to catch all of the highs and definitely couldn’t handle the lows. All of them felt just slightly muddy. That is until I put on my new Heavys and cranked up Ashes of the Wake. Mind blown. Eargasm level 1000 achieved. I was taken back to the first time I played my first Sabbath record on those old cans. Finally, here were headphones worthy of the music I love. My taste runs from classical to metal. From Beethoven to Behemoth and most things in between but metal is home to me it’s what I listen to most. But, no matter what piece of music I’ve played on my Heavys it’s like I’m in the room with the musicians. Heavys are, hands down, the best consumer headphones on the market today. They are that good. So if you love music, you owe it to yourself, you owe it to your music, to buy a pair of Heavys. Do it now. Do it yesterday. You will not regret it. Oh, and the shells are pretty freakin awesome too!
