The Oslo Sport

Great for hiking!

I bought the Oslo Sport, in size large, as I wear pants size 36" or about a 14 and wanted to be able to layer this over them, as well. It falls just below my knees (perfect) and I am 5'3". My motivation to buy is that I am an avid winter hiker, and no matter the layers I wear, my butt and thighs are always cold. I liked that this product included wool, as well as a snow-shedding outer layer. Well, after a couple test hikes, I wore this NoriSari all day (literally from 6am to 7:30pm, including in my car, and while hiking) during a 10 mile snowshoe hike up two of the Catskill mountain high peaks in New York. It was 10F and blustery (negative wind chills) and the snow was about 2 feet deep, and despite falling a few times, and being in the elements for nearly 8 hours straight, my butt and thighs were finally WARM! I am very impressed, and this Oslo Sport is now a critical piece of equipment that I will bring on every hike. Wearing a backpack over it with hip strap was also comfortable - the fold of the NoriSari was above the strap. Oh, and it's also great for walking the dog. :)

Oslo Sport is GREAT!

I have been wearing this is frigid cold, windy New Hampshire to walk my dog and do barn chores.

Perfect additional layer for our cold Minnesota winters!
