Great for Watching TV at Night and Better Sleep

I really like these blue blocking glasses. Mine are prescription and multifocal, and they work well, especially when watching TV in the dark. It does take some getting used to, but once you’re adjusted, they make a noticeable difference. Not only have they reduced my eye strain, but I’ve also been able to sleep through the night since using them. Highly recommend!

I completely recommend these glasses.the frames are probably more comfortable than my regular eye wear and the quality is good as well.the combination of my prescription with the light blocking lenses are so easy to wear even for long period of times at night.
