Hazel's Halo

Hi there, I was really excited to try this product, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. I attempted to wear the lashes for an event yesterday, but they were so thick and heavy that I could barely keep my eyes open—and I’m someone who’s very used to wearing false lashes. I also had trouble trimming them. Instead of cutting cleanly with an X-Acto knife, the band stretched, making them difficult to customize. They were also much too large for my eyes. In the end, I wasn’t able to wear them. I tried adjusting them a few times, but they looked so bulky and felt so heavy that I took them off, put them back in the box, and just did my makeup as usual. Would it be possible to return them for a refund? If not, I’d be happy to exchange them for a pair with lighter, less bulky lashes if you have another option. Thank you for your time. I was really excited to try Hazel’s Halo after seeing it featured on Good Morning America. Based on the demonstration, I expected a product that would actually stay in place. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I followed the instructions exactly. I washed and thoroughly dried my face before applying the lash. Before I could even leave my home, one side had already started lifting off. I immediately thought how embarrassing it would have been if it had come off while I was on my way to work. The adhesive simply did not hold. I hadn’t been outside, I wasn’t sweating, and the lashes still wouldn’t stay on. I also contacted customer service to share my experience and give the company an opportunity to respond before posting a review. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. Between the poor performance of the product, the no-return policy, and the lack of customer service, I was left very disappointed. For nearly $45, I expected much better quality and support. This product did not work for me, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

Does not fit all eye sizes. You can trim the adhesive portion with cuticle scissors but the lash portion is too short for those with wider eyelids across. The lash won't reach to the end of your natural eye lash line.
