Worth the Upgrade from the S5!
We upgraded from the Tineco FLOOR ONE S5 to the new S9 Master, and it’s been a great improvement. My wife was getting tired of stopping to refill and empty the S5 tanks so often, and the old battery just couldn’t make it through our whole house. The S9 solved both issues. The tanks are bigger, so there’s less refilling, and the battery easily lasts for one full cleaning session. That green light is awesome. It’s oddly satisfying to see it turn on when the floor is clean, and honestly, it makes the whole job feel a little more rewarding. The S9 also dries the floors faster than the S5 did, though the S5 wasn’t exactly slow either. Sometimes it leaves a few streaks on our pergo floors, but not every time. One feature we’ve really come to appreciate is the hot water cleaning option. It’s perfect for sticky messes, like spilled juice or dried-on food. The hot water helps loosen the gunk, and it wipes right up without extra scrubbing. Overall, the S9 Master feels like a real upgrade in convenience and power. If you’ve got a decent amount of floor space to cover, it’s absolutely worth stepping up from the S5.

Noticeable upgrade
I upgraded from the S5 and it is a noticeable improvement. I like the green light, self-drying rollers, heated water, and thermoblast, all features my S5 was missing. Apart from steam, I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.

Looks good ,cleans well, but does not have a low water or empty notification. Does not fit under the edge of the cabinet, fridge, stove or dishwasher edge. Does not clean the corners. If you house has no corner has elevated cabinets ans appliances it would be great ! Not at all what I expected. I love this brand and was thinking this would be an upgrad from the switch 7 .. not even close .I’m going to be looking into returning this.
