It is hard to understand the directions but they sent me a video and my son quickly understood what to do. My brace is Heavenly. I can wear it from morning ‘til night. My knee actually feels bad because I took it off. Brace Direct is a fine company with impressive customer service. The whole process was wonderful. I purchased this brace to assist me in re-aligning my right knee, which bows in at the knee and has my lower leg out 10 degrees. I have used it for a few days and want to slowly attempt to straighten the knee joint with this brace. For now, l am hopeful this will help me to achieve my goal of straightening my knee joint.

With this brace with it only being on the outside of the doesn't do as well as I thought , also the staps stretch out as you are using it.
