STOP! Don’t buy it!! This is made to fail! Great concept, horrible product. Even worse customer service. I have sent 2 emails, with pictures of issues, it’s been 7 days. I have got one automated response saying they are sorry and will look into the matter. I Guy lines and same string I buy my young kids from the craft store. 2 of 3 snapped when adding tension on initial set up. Tiny stakes, that will bent if you drive them anything but sand. With more of that horrible string attached to them. Pointless as the snapped, rather easily trying to use them to remove stakes from ground. I am an avid camper and outdoorsman. I am always looking for quality goods… unfortunately… DOD might be a huge miss. I hope this saves someone the same pain. Happy camping
