I’ve had the dialtune snare drum for a few months now and I can’t stop saying great things about it! It’s a dream to be able to get rid of the painstaking task of tuning by turning each lug a quarter or a half to get a desired pitch. Most drummers just want to be able to play and this drum sounds amazing no matter which pitch you choose. I also want to give a quick shoutout to Bryan the owner. He was kind enough to give me a quick FaceTime to resolve a minor issue I had with my drum. Talk about great customer service! I haven’t seen any other owner of a company dedicate time to talk to a customer one on one about an issue and come up with a quick solution to solve it. You can tell Bryan is passionate about dialtune drums, and even more passionate about people enjoying the drum. Now the only thing left is waiting for a full dialtune drum kit to make drummers love this company even more !
