Best kit I've ever played.

I've never heard a kit sound this good out of the box before. Huge premium feel to it, not as heavy as you think either. Extremely relieved to get something this awesome after selling my DW design series to make room for it.

Studio Perfection

I recently received my four piece kit. I used it on a session recently and what I found was this. The shells are a bit thicker than other drums naturally because of the cable tuning system. This is a major benefit to recording, the response from strikes are accurate and pure. The tone of the drums are of a flat nature so it records great and leaves all the fluffy eq stuff to the engineers. I'm very happy with the drums and I would recommend them to everyone.

Worth the wait…!

I ordered my complete set in August in batch one. Prior to ordering it I had done quite a bit of research and online reviews of the snare drum itself as it had been out for sometime at that point. It was a novel idea and it seemed to hold up to scrutiny and punishment very well. Just to get a small grip out of the way, a few of the grub screws for the dials were a bit loose on the drums. I contacted customer support and was responded to immediately with photos and tool sizes in order to double check that everything is tightened properly. After doing so everything was absolutely perfect. I have about 20 hours of time on the set and I couldn’t be happier. The ability to adjust your tone at a moments noticed is amazing. Beyond that, the drum hardware itself is top quality. As well as the maple shells. After owning the snare drum for about seven months, I was a little bit concerned about the weight of the complete kit itself. I was surprised to find that all of the toms, and the kick drum itself were similar in weight to any standard drum. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase and it is by far the best drum set I’ve ever owned. And I can’t speak more highly of the customer service. I was always responded to promptly even while awaiting the pre-order which did take a bit longer than expected. They seem to really have their stuff down, and I would absolutely order more of their products without thinking twice. They stand behind what they built and what they built is game changing and amazing.
