I tried couple years using heat pad under perishable pots with seed raising soil It was placed in a cool place with minimum light Failure, long slender growth, not usable This time I planted the directly in well prepared and protected with plastic dome Excellent growth and thriving I hope I get a good crop this year Again, fruit flies are the problem
