HRS 2018-22 Honda Accord Auto Window Closer Module

4 Stars ONLY because it didn’t work on my car

I bought this product knowing it said it may NOT work on the Honda Touring version. Deposit that the customer service was impeccable! They went back and forth with me for a few days trying different ways to hopefully make it work. Unfortunately, this will not work on my Accord Hybrid Touring. I’m unsure how others say they got it to work on there’s as when it did on mine after a few minutes it would stop working. I tried multiple different settings but the Hazard/Alarm is tied into one and the window functions are also tied into the horn on this model. If only any other company had the customer service I experienced with this company the world would be peaceful. They offered a FULL refund since it doesn’t work and I’m currently waiting on that. But, despite this one piece not working for my car. I will definitely buy other products from HIREV!!! Please never change!!!

Works on my 2025

I had this on my 2022 and I loved it. I was not sure it would work on my 2025. Nobody at HIREVSPORTS could tell me if it would work. So I took a chance and I am so glad I did it works great all windows & Sunroof are wide open and hit the lock and everything closes. I highly recommend this part, it is so worth it.

Module didn't work with my car, but HiRev's customer service was outstanding!

I purchased this module for use in my 2022 Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid. The module had DIP switches on it to control certain functions, but there wasn't any documentation saying what the switches do. I wanted to be able to manually close my windows with the remote, but not have them auto-close every time I lock the car. When I contacted HiRev about this, they told me there was another version of the module, which had a legend for the DIP switches right on the unit. They were kind enough to send me the alternate module free of charge. Unfortunately, that module didn't work properly with my car, either. When I tried to manually close the windows, the windows would instead OPEN about 1 inch, then stop. HiRev allowed me to return both modules, gave me a FULL refund INCLUDING SHIPPING, and also covered the cost of return shipping. While I'm disappointed that the module didn't work, I can't say enough good things about HiRev's customer service. I would 100% definitely purchase from them in the future if the need arises. Totally satisfied with the company!! This is how customer service should be.
