Smoked Window Visors 2016-2021 Honda Civic

They look excellent on my Honda Civic, however, driver side visor snapped off and broke while going through a car wash about 11 months later after purchasing. It wasn’t an installment issuse as the glue is still on my car. It’s been 2 months since I contacted customer service via email, Instagram and their customer support and I have yet to hear anything back from them. Overall, the visors look great. Just keep in mind that if there’s any issues, customer service is out of the question and you’re basically on your own.
