Brunswick is a German heirloom that dates back to the 18th Century. An excellent late-season variety, the large, 2-3kg. drum-shaped heads are dense and firm. This variety is a favourite choice for homemade sauerkraut or coleslaw. .

Cabbage Brunswick

We are very happy with this cabbage variety. Cabbage grew very well, has now large, dense heads, we will harvest them this week for making sauerkraut. We planted them on our property in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, it is 400 metres above sea level.
