I have heard great things about trans-reservatol and quercetin so I am very excited to get started!! I recently spent time in airplanes and airports and my travel companion got sick during our holiday. I did not get sick however. I had a scratchy throat but that lasted 2 days. I'd like to think this addition to my vitamin regime has helped me stave off the virus she had!
