Hace ya tiempo que lo tomo,de echo lo pare y e vuelto ,estoy con la perimenopausia y tenía dolor de pecho e inchazon de barriga,siempre e tenido problemas de acne en pecho y espalda y desde que empeze hace más o menos un año e notado mucha mejoría, de echo lo pare unos meses y e vuelto a tomarlo .
