Luna Electric Kettle Pro

Almost perfect!

I really love this kettle for so many reasons. It is a great size with a handle that fits my hand. I love the settings for different types of beverages and I love that the cover comes fully off for complete cleaning. I also like that the inside has no plastic pieces. The color I got was Ivory White and it is a bit more yellow than I expected but it looks great on my counter and works with coffee bean container which I would call ivory white. It is sturdy but not heavy and overall makes a great addition to kitchen appliances. The not quite perfect part is that I wish the description of the item on the website identified where plastic is used because it definitely is used on the base. I understand this but not indicating this felt like it was being hidden and I prefer a complete picture of what the item has for material base and all. There is also a smell like off-gassing which is diminishing but I was surprised it had. All other kettles I have used did not have this smell. I also wish there was some way I could tell how much water was in the kettle, and I wish there was an option for a non-painted version. Still, I would recommend this kettle and I hope it lasts a good long time!

Great kettle with high pitched noise

I have mostly liked this kettle so far - holds lots of water, keeps it warm, easy to use, feels good in my hand, and no plastic! One big downside is that it makes a high pitched frequency even when turned off that bothers me. I have sensitive ears so maybe others wouldn’t notice, but I’d consider other options for this reason. Customer service was nice and easy to correspond with, but didn’t have a solution.

Overall very good - would recommend

Overall we are very happy with the kettle. The “bad” Would prefer that it came in a simple stainless steel option as the paint is likely to chip some over time. Also wish the lid was somehow attached and maybe a little more heavy duty - it just feels kind of cheap. The good Love the presets for French press and manually setting a specific temp(nice for warming up beverages for kiddos). Also the temp hold feature is a game changer for morning routine and making your coffee/tea. Overall very happy with the saki kettle and would recommend it to others
