Always pleased with my filters from Factory Direct. I buy a box of them and label them by month. At a glance I know whether I changed the filter or not by looking at the box of remaining filters.

A quality product and a company with excellent service. Factory Direct sent the wrong filters for my last order but immediately corrected the issue by sending the correct order. I like that they covered the mistake promptly and did not ask me to return the others. I was able to benefit someone else from their mistake.
