I had emailed company as I had ordered three different types of air filters and two came one day, the 3rd did not. Email was sent the following day. In the email, I stated that maybe the filters would come a day or so later. The company website/notification did not show two shipments. On the following day, the second shipment came. Six days later, the company responded that they were sending the missing filters. The next day, I replied that I had gotten them and no need to send. Comapny immediately replied it was too late to cancel teh shipment and I should keep the additional filters for no charge. I am sorry that this had to happen, but company was very good about sending the filters.
