Insufficient packaging

Shipment boxes damaged causing filter casing damage. Fit in HVAC is not clean.

Good quality

The MERV 13 is an excellent quality filter and the packs offer a great value. Shipping can sometimes be rough on the filters, but I've found the customer service to be exemplary and any damaged filters have always been replaced.
