Une bombe à la menthe !

Cafe super interessant. On a des supers notes de menthe, j'ai moins senti le watermelon. Très peu de fines en plus, donc assez simple pour du V60 ou du Switch

Tastes fantastic hot (will need to try it chilled). Just enough minty flavour, but a pleasant herbaceous kind of minty (don't worry about it tasting like toothpaste), with a subtle hint of refreshing tangyness. I enjoyed my first cup hot (V60, 30g beans to 470ml water, 5.5 grind setting on a 1zpresso ZP6).

Was looking for a funky coffee and this one did not disappoint! Bonus that it was a Sebastian Ramirez collab. The first sip definitely showcased the "fresh" sensation.
