Maglite 2D Li-ion 2x 18650 Adapter

Super glad this exists. Changing a Maglight from alkaline cells to lithium is a game changer. While the endcap is well made and does what it's supposed to, the cardboard (?) tube could be better. ID is good to hold 18650s without issue, but the OD is far too narrow for the interior of the Maglight; I ended up adding bands of tape to make up the difference and stop the rattling. Then, it's also too short, and rattles back and forth in the tube. Added some foam to make up the difference for now, but I feel like I shouldn't have had to do that at this price point...

Perfect set up for 2 d cell. gold color cap is nice also. paired with 91t. This is exactly what I needed for Upper Michigan darkness. Quality is bullet proof.
