Good product and excellent after sale service for the clarification

Seems like a great value. Feels sturdy without being overbuilt and heavy. Quality of components feel good. I wonder how long the tension for the extension pole will last. But initial feel is great. It seems, at first, the screw collar would adjust this, but it is used for the tripod feet. The extension pole uses internal tension that is not adjustable. Overall very happy with this purchase. I will probably purchase the screw adapter so I could add the option of attaching a small camera or my phone.
