Coming from owning and caring for the rice cooker which I own and love as well, I had been on the fence about purchasing this pan for a little over a year. The recent holiday sale helped sway me. Initially, I thought I would use it for any specialty cooking being that you need to be more thoughtful in how you cook and clean it but it instantly became my absolute favorite pan and now the only one I use when single pan cooking. It does everything it says it can. The flavor and texture of food is consistently better than any pan I use for home cooking. At first I wasn’t all that thrilled with how to care for it but I love this pan so much that it’s well worth the proper steps in cleaning and caring for it. They say you can throw it in the dishwasher but it’s not something I’ll likely do. Pretty much sold on this cookware brand and will be adding pieces in the near future.

I have been using this pan for a year now and MY GOOODNESSS I absolutely love this pan! It’s light weighted, non stick, and you can use it in the oven! Honestly the light weightness is the best aspect! It gets better with time and it’s non toxic
