I was intrigued from the start as i have almost no mobility in the hammies, and need to stretch out the leg chain. For months i struggled back and forth with the price, but ultimately said life is too short so YOLO and told young skywalker to buy it. Glad I did. the nice small weight

The stretching has helped me in a short period of time to get a better nights sleep without aching calf muscles and my shoulders are feeling less pain. It’s definitely a positive for my daily routine and I’m impressed that I can feel the difference this quickly. Now, to just keep it up!

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Does it resolve all issues or completely fix low back issues, of course not. We are happy with the product and we didn’t expect it to be more either.
