Nested Mixing Bowl Set

Absolutely beautiful set. I did have to interact with customer service about an issue. They fixed it and went above and beyond. Based on this product and the stellar customer service I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

I ordered this mixing bowl set as a bridal shower gift, but it arrived with the spout broken off of the small bowl. That was two months ago, and I’ve yet to receive a replacement bowl for the set; I am told that it’s out of stock, and when it comes in, they’ll send it to me. I’m surprised that the customer service is not better from a company such as Year & Day. The bowls themselves are nice and may have gotten 4 stars, but I’ve received nothing as far as customer service goes and I still don’t have the full set. The bridal shower was a week ago and I had to buy a different gift, and I chose not to go with Year & Day.
